The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) annual event has been newly branded as FIRST - Food Improved by Research, Science & Technology. IFT has reimagined into a new, AI-enabled virtual event and expo experience.

Virtual events are more convenient and of course safer in many respects, but perhaps more importantly, they produce a far smaller carbon footprint than live events. The event will still be chock full of food community innovations, like Victory Hemp Foods' breakthrough proteins and oils!
